GMB priority is in defence of your interests. We have been made aware that again Fife Council are looking to persuade some women workers to settle for what we believe is less than they are due. Not only has Fife not paid you what you are owed, getting it wrong again and again, they are now trying to settle your claims on the cheap.

GMB expect that Fife Council would want to end this shameful discriminatory episode by doing what is right but it seems they just want to rip women workers off again.

If you have been invited to settle your claim by Fife Council you need to be aware that this doesn’t take in to consideration the value of your third wave claim and would rule you out taking your third wave claim.
