A series of emails have been sent to members to register their interest in the above. It is vitally important that you register your claim with us. Signing up with an independent could cost you up to 30% of your claim.
You will be sent this email a number of times but you only need to complete it once. If you are having difficulties completing this form, you could attend one of drop in centres that have been arranged.

- Anstruther: Burgh Chambers, Wednesday 2nd August from 1pm – 5pm.
- Cupar, Corn Exchange: Thursday 3rd August from 1pm – 5pm.
- Newport-on-Tay: Blyth Hall, Friday 4th August from 1pm – 5pm.
- Leven, The Centre: Monday 7th August from 1pm – 5pm.
- Valleyfield: Valleyfield Community Centre, Friday 1st September, 1pm – 5pm.
- Dunfermline: Dell Farquharson Community Centre, Monday 4th September, 1pm – 5pm
